Food and drinks at the Nassereinerhof

The kitchen team serves seasonal dishes and buffets typical of the region as part of the hotel's half-board service and in the à la carte restaurant.

We cook with love and serve with joy at the Nassereinerhof. In doing so, we place the highest value on fresh, seasonal ingredients. We appreciate the local cuisine, supplemented by dishes and specialities from all over the world. The bright dining room and the traditional farmhouse parlours 

recount the long history of alpine hospitality in our hotel. Emperor Franz Josef once dined and rested here on his way over the Arlberg at the Josef Stub'n, our oldest parlour dating back to the 17th century. The original furnishings of the parlour have been preserved. This is a place steeped in

tradition, where today you can let us indulge you with a romantic candlelight dinner. Enjoy breakfast in the sunlight and gaze up at the starry sky above the mountains during dinner – this is a treat for the palate and the soul in the panoramic dining room with conservatory.

In winter

Your gourmet half-board in winter starts in the morning with a sumptuous breakfast from the buffet, rich in vitamins. The "Skifahrer-Jause" (skiers' snack) between 3 PM and 5 PM in the afternoon provides refreshments with savoury and sweet treats. You can round off the day in the evening with a 4-course gourmet menu with local, international and vegetarian delights. All menus come with cold or hot starters, fine soup creations, salads from the buffet and dessert creations. We organise our popular themed buffets for you three times a week.

 

In summer

Your day at the Nassereinerhof also gets off to a delightful and invigorating start in summer with a substantial breakfast from the buffet in the sun-drenched conservatory. For lunch we offer you a savoury snack. Homemade cakes and the juice bar await you in the afternoon between 4 PM and 5 PM so that you can enjoy a sweet treat. You can round off the day in the evening with a 3-course gourmet menu with local, international and vegetarian creations. All menus come with salads from the bar. We organise our popular themed buffets for you two times a week.

We round off your day of summer holidays with a culinary 3-course menu of your choice on four evenings a week. We organise our popular themed buffets for you three times a week.

A diverse range of wines

We serve an excellent selection of Austrian, Italian, French, Slovenian and other international wines to accompany your menu, as well as à la carte and at the day bar.

Local Starkenberger beer

You can refresh yourself with local Starkenberger beer from Tarrenz near Imst. The Falstaff community voted the Schloss Starkenberg brewery Tyrol's most popular microbrewery in 2020.
